Weddings - Wedding Tents allow people who love the outdoors to build an outdoor banquet hall.  It would be difficult to create the ambience of an outdoor wedding indoors.  Our wedding tents are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 20 feet wide to 40 feet wide. Flowing Leg Drapes turn a simple tent into an elegant setting. It is a low cost way to make your event stand out and hide the legs of the tent.  Tent Liners will add a finishing touch of sophistication and elegance to any event.  Tent liners are used as a stylish way to hide the tent framework or just soften the atmosphere with soft pillowed fabric.  No tent accessory gives such an elegant polished result.  Our tent liners are flame retardant true white polyester material and fabricated to fit and hang perfectly.

Festival Tents - Festival Tents are needed to keep your merchandise, staff, and customers safe from the elements an outdoor event.   Not only can they greatly enhance the appearance of your booth, they can also greatly increase the comfort of the event by sheltering you and your guests from the unpredictability of Mother Nature. Our festival tents are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 10' x 10' to infinity.  We carry 2 types of tents for festivals - Frame and Pole tents. 

Canopy Tents - Party tents can be a great addition to an outdoor event.   Not only can they greatly enhance the appearance of your event, they can also greatly increase the comfort of the event by sheltering you and your guests from the unpredictability of Mother Nature.  Our party tents are available in a variety of color and sizes ranging from 10'x10' to 20'x40'.  The Do-it-Yourselfer party tents are canopy tents that must be setup in grass.  For the best deals in party tents we offer the following packages to maximize your dollar.  Rent everything you need to do it yourself and we will provide you with the instruction and support to make sure your event is successful.  If you decide you want us to do all the work, just let us know and we will deliver, setup, and pick up.

Frame Tents - Our Event Tent rentals are white frame tents.  Our tents can be setup on any type of surface.  When setting tents up on a hard surface, there is an option to use stakes or water barrels.  When Installing tents on grass, we will use stakes unless water lines or utility lines are present.  If stakes can not be used on grass, water barrels will be used.  Frame tents are the preferred type of tent because there are no center poles.  All the tent poles are located on the perimeter of the tent. Our frame tents are available in a variety of sizes.  The frame tents can be 10 feet wide to 40 feet wide.  There is no physical limit to how long a frame tent can be.  Just let us know how many people need to fit under the tent and we can determine the length. 

Tables - Tables come in many sizes and shapes.  Choosing the right table can reduce the amount of space needed.  Table linens can be simple to extremely elegant.  We carry table linens for Weddings, Black Tie events, Bar Mitzvah, Festivals, Parties, and Graduation Ceremonies.  60 Inch Round Tables are the event industry standard. The best choice for formal occasions.  The 8 Foot Banquet table is used to maximize dinner seating under any tent.  It is also used as the buffet tables.  High Boy Pedestal Tables are used for cocktail hour at formal events like weddings or after hour events. They look amazing with linens draped over them in a color coordinated to your event.  The high boy tables can be ordered at a 30 inch height for seating or 42 inch height as a cocktail table.

Chairs - Chair rentals are an important part of your event.  Finding the right chair for the right price is important.  We provide chairs in every shape and size.  Not only can the right chair greatly enhance the appearance of your event, they can also greatly increase the comfort of the event for you and your guests. White padded Garden Chairs: Sometimes referred to as Deck Chairs.  Available in white, black and oak. Resin Folding Chairs: Great for both indoors and outdoor events.  They excel because of its durability, lighter weight, and lower cost of rental. Wood chiavari chairs: A timeless classic in the event industry. Available in Gold, Black, and Silver. White Folding Chairs with Chrome legs: The lowest cost chair. White Folding Chairs with white legs: The seat backs and seats are a white plastic and the metal legs are a white finish. 

Tent Packages - All Frame Tent Packages include: Frame Tents, Tables, and Chairs, Setup and Teardown.  We setup the business day before your event and takedown the next business day after your event.  Package pricing does NOT include delivery costs.  Delivery costs are based on distance traveled. Do-it-Yourself Party Tent Packages include: Each Party Tent comes complete with aluminum poles, steel stakes, guy ropes which are permanently attached to the tops to prevent misplacing them and to allow for simple yet fast installation adjustments, storage bags and illustrated step-by-step installation instructions.
